Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are securely attached and the items are in unworn condition.
Label and Post
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized UK courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
